Developed by Biz Littell, Kosai vapor-glazing uses a variety of base glazes and metallic lusters, which when fumed with various salts, achieve dramatic permanent lustrous surfaces. A small but growing cadre of artists around the globe continue to explore the possibilities of this fantastic process.
